Wakatsuki, the inn we are creating in Tsuwano, Shimane, has now opened recruitment for staff ahead of its 2025 opening.
Wakatsuki is a stay project that takes on the former Hashimoto Honten — a sake brewery that crafted sake for more than three hundred years — and reawakens it as a "place of experience" that crosses time and space. We see the stay itself as art, and seek to create a place where visitors can intersect with the culture and history of this land.
About this recruitment
In preparation for the opening, we have begun recruiting for hospitality staff (accommodation and guest service) and culinary staff (food) who will run the accommodation and the restaurant. We hope to meet people who hold the wishes — "I want to do the work of creating a place" and "I want to deliver a singular experience through food".
